Mysterious Online Cult That Has Been Pulling Thousands Of Kenyans Lands Businessman In Trouble

Martin Kimotho, a City lawyer with Kimotho Mwangi and Co Advocates is one of the most prominent, monied and controversial City hotshots and one of the biggest members of what is quickly becoming a viral ‘Online Cult’ recruiting monied and aspiring business people into a web of indecipherable crypto labyrinth.

The somewhat hideous club, that seeks to pull millions into online crypto investments, is the brainchild of 51 Capital, the creators of Kenya’s premier bitcoin PessaCoin.

Dubbed Powered Up, the club is operating like a secret society, where only selected members are allowed in, various cryptocurrencies is being moved and hundreds more are waiting to join.

Martin, a flamboyant, flashy and brash City ‘Bazu’, is one of the club’s biggest names and one of Powered Up’s wealthiest clients.

“It’s a closed society. You’re only allowed in by invitation. I had to personally wait for two weeks before I was approved. You will not believe some of the biggest political names there. I’m talking Governors, MPs, CEOs, everyone is angling to join. Think of it like the freemasons, or the Illuminati if at all that society even really exists, its like that, but online now, “Mr. Kimotho says with an evil laugh.

Joe Kariuki, the proprietor of the Powered Up club and also the CEO of 51 Capital, has been on the receiving end of the backlash from Kenyans accusing him of running an Illuminati-style club that has been converting people into instant millionaires and that many feel is rooted in secret, dark powers.

Writing in a local publication, Ruth Njeri, an online investigative writer, says that she has been trailing the activities of the Powered Up Arena innovation, it’s origins, activities and methods of operation and has so far unearthed some chilling information that she claims she will go public about in a week or so.

“Yes, it’s true, their Modus Operandi is pretty much like that of the infamous Illuminati club that has, over the years, been credited with making celebrities and people rich overnight. What’s shocking is the amount of people who are lining up to join the crypto community. I shall be spilling the beans soon. I know Kenyans are desperate for cash but this is truly astonishing, the number of people lining up to join is crazy, ” she says.

Kenyans on Facebook too have started blasting the Powered Up Arena club, terming it another hideous secret entity that may soon break families and permeate society.

A Powered Up spokesperson declined to comment further on the matter only saying, “The people in Powered Up are not complaining, they’re trading and making huge returns, why are people mad? Relax. This is like any other business. But not for everyone. We are very selective with our members. You’re free to apply to join, though. The results will speak for themselves,

As more and more Kenyans continue to line up in a bid to desperately join Powered Up, it shall only be soon proven what the whole brouhaha is all about.

Asked to comment on the insane crypto phenomena, Joe Kariuki only said,” Sisi tuko kazi Boss. Wacheni makelele mingi,”Check out pessacoin.com/eventspessacoin.com and, well, join if you’re that kind of person.

When a transexual operation fails.

He opted to die as he felt like a 'monster'

Photo :Courtesy'
44 year old Belgian transsexual Nathan Verhelst
chose to die yesterday by euthanasia after a
botched sex change operation to complete his
transformation from a woman into a man left him
a 'monster'.
He allowed doctors to inject him with a lethal
injection which killed him, on the grounds of
'unbearable psychological suffering'.
Born a girl named Nancy, his transformation into
a man began with hormone therapy in 2009,
followed by a mastectomy and finally an
operation to construct a penis last year.
But the procedures did not go according to plan.
In the hours before his death he told Belgium's
Het Laatse Nieuws:
I was the girl that nobody wanted. While my
brothers were celebrated, I got a storage room for a bedroom.

'If only you had been a boy', my mother
complained.
I was tolerated, nothing more.
'I was ready to celebrate my new birth (as a man).
But when I looked in the mirror, I was disgusted
with myself. My new breasts did not match my
expectations and my new penis had symptoms of
rejection. I do not want to be... a monster.'
His family learned of his decision this morning
via a farewell letter.
Euthanasia carried out by doctors at the request
of a patient is only legal in three European
countries, the Netherlands, Belgium and
Luxembourg.

THE MAN SANG'

“Joshua arap Sang you have been charged
in count four with murder constituting a
crime against humanity under Article Seven
1(a) and Article 25 3(d) of the Rome. How
do you plead guilty or not guilty?” posed
Judge Eboe-Osuji.
“Not guilty,” responded Sang

Joshua while working for kass.

How life changes…from a radio presenter who
hosted morning shows on a Kalenjin-language
radio station Kass FM, to a ICC suspect who is
being accused of planning attacks on the
airwaves.
Talk about a career taking a different direction!
As he was defending himself last week at the ICC,
the EX radio presenter told the judges he is the
shortest journalist in Kenya and went ahead to
narrate how he climbed the ladder to do what he
loved most which is broadcasting.
Just like many journalists and aspiring
journalists, most of them harbor dreams of one
day working for news giants like CNN, AL Jazeera
and BBC. Joshua Arap Sang is no different.
His only dream when he was growing up and
didn’t know the direction, the turns and twists his
life would take, was to work for none other than,
wait for it…….BBC!

Sang in deep thoughts.

Here is an excerpt of an opinion piece from
Kenya Today

“Sang made statements which could be picked by
the prosecution to nail him. Lawyers now allege
that by saying he is a patron of church choir and
churches, Sang aided the prosecution’s claim that
he was influential at the time.
The shortest journalist in Kenya also lied to the
court in other small ways but which could prove
detrimental to him. He claimed to be the shortest
journalist in Kenya yet there is no known
competition to that effect.
Many legal scholars are convinced the venerable
Katwa Kigen, who made his name and money
defending Ruto as he pilfered the country from
one scandal to another, may have known all
these, but decided to let the ‘short man’ have his
day in court.
One question for you this afternoon, how did a
radio presenter become an ICC suspect? Does
it come with the career?

To The President, Republic Of Kenya.

Dear Sir.

Iam a kenyan aged 23 living in mombasa.

Dear Mr. President, life for us youth expecially from the Coast is not easy at all.

We Know knowledge is key for every one.

Mr. President Sir. We live in a society of the rich, poor and mighty.

Mr. President. I personally sat for my kcse 2011 that surely indicates im still so young to even have a say or even talk to you.

Mr president, I have tried my best to be up there.

Mr. President, believe you me, though i have never stepped that university door leave alone any university gate, im thankful curiosity has led me know things including creating blogs like this just to make sure you get my message thanks to your motivation on getting a digitalised kenya.

Mr. President Sir.

What do you thing of children with dreams though they can never fullfill them due to financial status.
Mr. President I know out there there is a kid somewhere crying atleast he could have that piece of education.

Another thing Mr. President, I would wish to speak to you as a son.
Sir. I have so much confident and with a little experience that personal business is a good thing and can lead to personal success.

Mr. President. I however have a plea.

The city council are a headache.

I know its there work and we know they should not be asked but it now hurts.

I guess its better when a youth indulges in clean business than being a thief or a drug addict or join and form gangs to harm people.

Mr president sir.

As a kid of this nation, please hear my plea.

Thanks in advance sir.

Yours faithful,

Prezzo still on the Run?

Prezzo during the BBA

NAIROBI; KENYA: Controversial musician Prezzo
is on the run after he was involved in a gun fight
outside a popular club in Nairobi's Westlands
area.
Police say they want Prezzo aka Jackson Makini to
report to Parklands Police Station for grilling after
he allegedly assaulted a Swiss military officer in
the head with gun butt and holster on Saturday
morning.
The two are said to have been involved in an
argument outside Aqua Bar over a parking slot at
about 3am.
According to Gigiri Division police boss Vitalis
Otieno, Prezzo had obstructed the military
colonel from Switzerland which prompted the
argument.
"When the military officer came back ready to go,
an argument broke out over the parking slot
which degenerated to an assault using a gun. We
want him to report at Parklands," said Otieno.
The military officer is attached to Amisom and
was headed to Ethiopia Saturday morning when
the incident occurred. He was forced to cancel
his flight. Otieno said he was treated and
discharged from MP Shah Hospital.
And after the drama, Prezzo is said to have tried
to cock and shoot at the officer who was bleeding
at that time.
Otieno cited witnesses who said Prezzo was
restrained by his bodyguards who dragged him to
his car and drove off.
A hunt on him was on-going on Saturday morning
even as police appealed to him to surrender.
Police visited his home but they did not find him.
It's not clear if Prezzo is a licensed gun holder.
We could not reach him for a comment over the
allegations as his mobile phone was switched off.
